She says Nathan at first resisted having to go live with his father. "He was crying, clinging to me," she says. "I'm supposed to be his protector, and I'm having to pull my child off to hand him to another person he doesn't want to see."

Yet according to Schwartz's instructions, any signs of regression on Nathan's part will not result in Wetmore losing custody--only in decreased visits from Gonzales. Next March Gonzales can try to get the child back by filing a motion in court, but she'll have to prove the boy has suffered emotional harm in his current environment.

In that regard, Gonzales may have one thing going for her. Since gaining custody, Wetmore has divorced his wife and packed up and moved again himself--between addresses in Aurora.

Wow! I knew he was crooked and all these years later its coming out about Osorno. I knew that he gave his recommenadation based off of who was paying him like some kind of prostitute. He caused me so much pain, agony, and loss. along with PTSD, I wonder if I could sue him for the pain and anguish he put my son, his brothers, family and myself through?

Everyone should know that Wendell Osorno is a diagnosed Sociopath. After I witnessed him at the Mental Hospital in Pueblo I called several psychologists to inquire about his practice. A couple of the doctors were very helpful. He was in on an involuntary admittance due to being a threat to himself and others. The courts know that he is a sociopath and that he is LEGALLY unable to give testimony because he is unable to tell the difference between the truth and a lie. The Fathers rights supporters, including advocates and judges, like to use him because he will provide the reports they want. He does no REAL investigation. Psychiatrist testimony in many cases have stated that the tests he uses would not be used in these types of cases or support the types of diagnosis or determinations he has made. Be aware that this man is not permitted to have patients in private practice. This is why he is dependent on the family evaluations. He is not allowed to have patients but the courts trust him with children. PLEASE. The jerk is a nut job. He and those who protect him need to be stopped. Judges to be removed from the bench at all cost: The dishonorable Thomas Levy Dishonorable Cheryl Post Dishonorable Angela Arkin Don't trust this advocate, Patricia Post. She has a history of threatening witnesses of the mothers. She has no children of her own, only step children. She is a dangerous woman. She does most of her damage outside of court. If she wants something done she will file emergency motions that are not heard in court and good luck getting a hearing.
