When did you form/start performing?
I began playing around Denver when I was fifteen or sixteen doing a lot of solo things, then stated playing with the boys a little more than a year or so ago.

Metropolis Songs; The Five Day Romance EP; and currently working on a new record due out late summer/early fall.

Blood and spit put to the sounds of a boy choir.

Placing in the top fifteen for Modmusic Records Indie Band Search in New York out of 600 entries worldwide. Signed on to work with Population Concerts and Groovsista Entertainment, LLC.

Coming Up (Suede); OK Computer (Radiohead); To Bring You My Love(PJ Harvey); Hounds of Love (Kate Bush); Vespertine (Björk); Hunky Dory (David Bowie); Turn on the Bright Lights (Interpol); Doolittle (The Pixies).
What artists have had the biggest impact on you?
Suede, PJ Harvey, and a lot of British stuff tends to top my list of favorites. There is a lot of Brit influence in what I do.

I don't, really. I'm a food-service whore (waiter at BANG! restaurant).

Where do you see yourself in five years?
Still making music, touring a lot, putting out records and making a living at doing what I love doing.
What's the biggest misconception about you or your band?
This singer-songwriter thing is kind of a drag. It's a genre that Dylan did best thirty-plus years ago and gets too easily attached to anyone with an acoustic guitar and a few decent songs. To me, it's kind of insulting, because it implies that you aren't capable of doing epic and big things, because you aren't "in a band" -- which is totally untrue.
