Revolting Cocks are a rivethead's wet dream. The act has been retrofitted again and again with some of industrial music's elite since its inception in 1985 by Al Jourgensen (that guy from Ministry), Richard 23 (that other guy from Front 242) and Luc Van Acker (a Belgian). Although Van Acker stuck it out for a while, Jourgensen has remained the only constant, with everybody and their goddamn mother filling in over the years on tours and guesting on albums. The partial list of twenty-something rotating members and friends includes Chris Connelly of Damage Manual, Trent Reznor, Skinny Puppy's Kevin Ogilvie, Gibby Haynes and even a voice spot from LSD king/author Timothy Leary. But small talk aside, the Cocks really get going with inappropriate synthesizer behavior as they grind voiceboxes into drum kits. With a return to the studio -- 2006's Cocked and Loaded -- and a Jourgensen double-feature Ministry/RevCo tour, the Cocks are hard-on to thump and bump their way into the leather pants of boys and girls everywhere.
