Mission to Mars

At today's Colorado UFO Briefing in Civic Center Park, attendees won't find any alien stickers or anal-probe T-shirts for sale. There will be no UFO balloons or Martian characters. And costumed space explorers won't be speaking Klingon or showing off their Vulcan hand signals. If you're looking for a circus, you'd better stay home.

"I realize that that's the stuff that attracts the general public who just want entertainment," says Alejandro Rojas, the event organizer. "But that's not what this is about at all. This is strictly about serious info and data."

To address the 900-plus documented UFO sightings in Colorado since 1998, Rojas has lined up nearly ten sponsoring metaphysical and UFO organizations and reputable speakers, including University of Wyoming professor Dr. Leo Sprinkle, international journalist Paola Harris, Aurora police officer Ken Storch and filmmaker David Sereda, producer of the new UFO documentary, Dan Aykroyd Unplugged on UFOs.

"There are a lot of people seeing things that need our support," Rojas says. "Unfortunately, government officials are not there to help these people who are experiencing these traumatic types of things."

The free Briefing begins at 10 a.m. and is open to the public; speakers will present from 1 to 4 p.m. Get more information at www.coloradoufobriefing.com.
