To that end, UACK will host Transitions, a spring-to-summer fashion benefit featuring local designers (including Equillibrium, Potential Fashions, Grae Clothing, Assemblage Apparel, the Fabric Lab, Starfish and jewelry by Mya Designs), tonight at 8 p.m. at the Wynkoop Brewing Company, 1634 18th Street. And dont expect this rent party masquerading as a fashion fete to be the least bit hifalutin: Admission is only $8 in advance ($10 at the door), and the ancillary silent auction includes bidding on everything from designer handbags to home-baked pies.
