Ah, the joys of bargain hunting! Two of the most avid collector communities in the universe — bookworms and music lovers — come out of their lairs and collide this weekend at the Twisted and Tattered Tent Sale.

But there should be plenty of room for everyone when the Tattered Cover, 2526 East Colfax Avenue, and Twist & Shout, 2508 East Colfax Avenue, collaborate to cut prices on hundreds of items and put them out on the esplanade between the two stores. Aside from its obvious benefits, the event will help raise funds for Project Angel Pride's efforts to renovate the historic Sullivan Gateway at nearby East High School.
