In a Twist

I like the simple pleasures in life. A day off from work, girls, beer and rock and roll are some of my very favorite things. How fortuitous, then, that Panties at the Bar is happening tonight at 3 Kings Tavern, 60 South Broadway. From 9 p.m. on, Fanny and Kitty, two beautiful women from Ooh La La Burlesque, will serve up affordable drinks while dressed provocatively in panties and fishnets. Meanwhile, DJ Jessie will provide a comfort-tunes soundtrack with a mix of retro rock, soul, garage and rockabilly. It's a perfect guys' night out: a chance to get titillated and tanked without the sleaze factor and prohibitive cost of a strip club.
