Take a Seat

Who couldn't use a new red chair? And could there possibly be a better place to get said chair right now than the Museo de las Américas, 861 Santa Fe Drive? The answers to those questions (respectively) are nobody and absolutely not. So slip on your best cocktail attire and hurry your heinie down to the Museo this evening at 6 p.m. for the Red Chair Party.

A cocktail hour and chair preview takes place from 6 to 7, followed by a gourmet dinner (catered by Three Tomatoes) and a live auction. Each attendee will be seated at a red chair, which is theirs to take home, but an additional sixty chairs created by the Museo's top pick of artists are up for grabs on the auction table. The party continues after the meal and the bidding have concluded.
