Ingrid Michaelson hasn't been getting much sleep lately. The singer has been caught up in a whirlwind of activity that all started over a year ago, when her song "Breakable" was used on an episode of Grey's Anatomy. The show then placed her endearing tune "The Way I Am," which was also used in Old Navy's fall commercial campaign. But when Grey's Anatomy used "Keep Breathing" in its season finale, Michaelson's Girls and Boys album, released on her Cabin 24 imprint, shot up the charts on iTunes and has stayed in the top 100 for the past year. Despite the acclaim she's garnered, the bespectacled Staten Island gal — who often gets compared to Lisa Loeb just because she wears glasses — doesn't think she's made it yet. Check out our recent interview with Michaelson at Backbeat Online to find out why.
