Beginning Saturday August 29 at 9 a.m., the Lower Downtown Neighborhood Association will host a No-Garage Garage Sale and Block Party full of unexpected urban treasures and other cheap stuff at 15th and Wynkoop streets in LoDo. At 1 p.m., the sale segues into a party, replete with LoDo restaurant bites, live music and interesting people, until the sun goes down. Not far from LoDo, in the jumping Five Points neighborhood, the, um, first Last Art Fair in a series of three will spread out at 28th and Welton streets.
