Many adults in Denver, including Snooze owner/manager Jon Schlegel, fondly remember attending the Parade of Lights, a tradition for the last 35 years, when they were kids. So when Schlegel, whose famous Ballpark neighborhood breakfast eatery draws huge crowds every weekend (and spawned a sibling this summer on Colorado Boulevard), caught word that the events future could be in jeopardy, he decided to do something to help save it. And so the original Snooze and the second location will be celebrating Snooze's Make a Wish Pancake Day today during regular business hours.

Were having a pancakes and parades day, with the tickets for all the cakes we serve going to benefit the Parade of Lights. To that end, both Snoozes will offer a sushi-style menu, featuring the most popular new menu items along with some old favorites.
