Dog Days of Summer
Dog lovers know that Denver’s a great place for pooches. And Duo Marketing and Zen Dog Pet Boutique are about to make it even better with Duo Dogs, a dog-and-owner socialization event running tonight from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. “I live right in that Platte neighborhood,” says Duo representative Maya Ellman, “and so I always go to Paris on the Platte and the Zen Dog Pet Boutique. I love this neighborhood, and thought it would be a great event to have for everyone in the area and also dog lovers across the city.”
What can you expect? Dog-themed wine from Paris on the Platte, for one thing (clearly, that’s a perk for people only), plus dog goody bags with dog treats, coupons and more — and the chance to kick back and relax with your best furry friend. Dogs should be well-socialized with both people and other dogs. “We’re going to be doing this definitely in the summer months, and we’ll see how it goes,” notes Ellman. “It’s a great place for people to mix and mingle — and, of course, dog owners have so much in common just because they have their dogs.”
