Design divas in New York and Los Angeles might consider Denver a couture cowtown, but thats only because theyve never encountered Fashion Denver, Brandi Shigleys organization that works hard to bring this citys fashionistas and their adorable creations to the publics attention. To do so, Fashion Denver hosts seasonal shows and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. today, Shigleys group will present Fall Fashion Market: Mystique at the historic Grant-Humphreys Mansion, 770 Pennsylvania Street. Its the perfect way to really incorporate the history of Colorado with our fashion scene, which really is making history itself, says Shigley. Weve got shopping with over twenty local Colorado designers, and were going to have some amazing live acoustic music by some really talented female musicians here in Denver.
