Which means that this years Naughty Noel show is not to be missed, because 2009s edition was pee-your-pants hilarious.
We have different girls and crazier numbers, Von Vett discloses. Some elements are the same; well still have the winter wonder-land at Benders with the giant, glitter-covered trees and our snow and our craziness. We have some classics, like Vivienne VaVooms Snow Queen act. And we will be reprising the stripping Santa number we did last year.
The ladies are also adding a little spice to counterbalance the traditional holiday-season treacle, including a Grinch number, a poultry salute to The Nutcracker and a Latin Hanukkah performance. And Von Vett herself will sing several holiday classics, including her favorite Christmas song, Santa Got Stuck Up My Chimney.
Naughty Noel opens tonight at 8 p.m. at Benders Tavern, 314 East 13th Avenue, and repeats at 8 p.m. on December 23. Tickets are $10 in advance and $12 at the door; for details, go to www.benderstavern.com.
