In January, the whole town goes Western a little bit, notes Reyna Von Vett whose alter ego, Cora Vette, emcees, sings and generally acts as madam for the BurlyCute burlesque troupe. So we thought, Why fight it? Hence the latest BurlyCute offering, Too Sexy for the Stock Show, which longtime fans might remember from last year: It was the biggest BurlyCute show in 2010. As long as people keep coming, well keep twisting it up and mashing it around, Von Vett promises. This year will be totally different again similar elements, but new things all the time.

That includes the usual BurlyCute suspects Vivienne VaVoom, Anabella LaFontaine, La Petite Morte and Frangelica Love among them plus a new girl, Lily D'Lovely, wholl offer up a fan dance using cowboy hats instead of fans.
What Im excited about this year is that the musics even more varied, Von Vett says. If you dont like country music, youre still going to like this show. Were doing the Will Smith version of Wild, Wild West, along with Johnny Cash. Its completely all over the place with the Western theme: I Wanna Be a Cowboy from the 80s, Kid Rocks cowboy song elements that arent country, along with fun, banjo-pickin country music.
