Theyll be dancing in the streets today near the recently renamed Emily Griffith Technical College. Well, not so much dancing as cooking, giving haircuts and taking blood pressure. From culinary arts to cosmetology to cars, the school, at 1250 Welton Street, offers a diverse array of educational programs. But some fields of study like floral design, accounting and professional sewing arent as well known to potential students, says student event planner Tina Savage.
