Ten years ago, Kevin Larson realized that there was almost nowhere to go in Denver where you could get decked out in your finest and ring in the New Year in style. "So that's when I said, 'You know what? If nobody else is gonna do it, I will,'" says Larson. And he did: The result is the New Year's Eve Block Party, which has grown from 400 people to 7,000 over the years.

The bash encompasses two parties at two separate hotels: the 10th Anniversary White Rose Gala at the Hyatt Regency DTC (7800 East Tufts Avenue), and the Champagne Hotel at the Marriott DTC (4900 South Syracuse Street).
