Mirror, Mirror
Mirrors can perfectly reflect or utterly distort the worlds unfolding in front of them, and artist Sarah Richter has created an entire installation, called Infinite Refraction, that plays with this idea. "It's going to be an exploratory experience, where the viewer can walk through and the reflections will change," Richter explains. "So it's really unique to the individual. The sculptures are made out of mirrored acrylic, which gave me some flexibility in shape, and they look just like a mirror, and they're placed on mirrors, so you get infinite reflections."

As participants walk through, the sculptures create a sort of crystalline cave that reflects them from every angle. And then there are the lasers: The installation contains multiple LED lights that will no doubt take the overall journey from out-of-this-world to out-of-this-galaxy.
