Zeile says that Coleman, who really stands on that cutting edge of the future of art in his work at DU, was an obvious choice as curator, and interestingly enough, his all-woman lineup was a matter of chance: “There’s something going on with this, and how it unfolded through research, and they just happened to all be women. It shows that this new technology is being used across the board, and it’s genre-defying. There’s a real sense that this not a gender-related movement.”
