"So there's a witch's hat on the floor there and he's actually lost [the hat] and had to do the Mexican hat dance. I walked in on the tail end of his speech and he said, "So I lost this bet and now I have to do the Mexican hat dance.' This was about 10 p.m. Saturday. Everybody was just pumped, yelling, laughing and having a great time. It was hilarious, there wasn't a single person laughing their butt off." - Stephen Cummings, photographer
