It's also the pre-registration and warm-up for Rollin' to Da Dome II, a bike-messenger-organized alleycat open to all cyclists. The race itself starts at 2 p.m. tomorrow, with cash prizes for the fastest racers. "I would like to see this as the zenith of Denver's alleycat scene," says organizer/cycle courier Ross Miller. "Free of corporate sponsorship and political connotations just pure strength, speed and agility. Plus, it's fucking fun."
Registration is $15 and includes a shirt. After 9 p.m., you can register at Carioca Cafe, aka Bar Bar, at 2060 Champa Street (plus catch performances by Dugout Canoe and Republic of Thoronia). Detailed race info is at www.eleventooth.com.
