For all those who give pom-pom critters for birthdays, feel an urge to stick googly eyes on everything or just occasionally get a twitch to fold some origami, we bring you "Gettin' Crafty" where we feature a craft you can easily make with minimal supplies and limited finances. For all the headaches you have given your mom over the years, she deserves something to alleviate that tension. Here is a homemade headache remedy to give her for Mother's Day, to help her the next time you make a "poor choice". Supplies

  • Peppermint essential oil
  • Lavender essential oil
  • Almond oil
  • One once glass bottle with dropper

Instructions

1. Put about 20 drops of the peppermint oil and 20 drops of lavender oil in the glass bottle.

2. Fill the rest of the bottle up with almond oil.

3. Personalize for your mom. Maybe a little note apologizing for past indiscretions. And one telling her how to, in the future, calm her frazzled nerves by rubbing a few drops on her temples, behind the ears and the back of the neck. Follow us on Twitter!
