Score big tonight at Morton’s Steakhouse in the Denver Tech Center, when Denver Broncos all-pro cornerback Champ Bailey and re-tired Broncos all-pro safety John Lynch host Savor the Grape for Charity, a benefit to support the Boys & Girls Club of Denver and the Darrent Williams Memorial Teen Center, named for the former fallen teammate who was killed in 2007.

The fundraiser uncorks at 7 p.m. (6 p.m. for VIP guests) and includes both silent and live auctions, world-spanning wine samplings and a strolling dinner buffet proffering signature dishes — Bluepoint oysters, shrimp Alexander, sliced filet mignon and poached salmon — from the menu at Morton’s. “This is a wonderful event to honor Darrent Williams and raise money for the Boys & Girls Club of Denver Teen Center,” says event organizer Judianne Atencio. “It’s a don’t-miss party where guests can enjoy amazing food and wine and bid on great one-of-a-kind experiences and items at the live and silent auction,” including dinner for six at the carnivorous temple of steer.

General-admission tickets are $150 per person; VIP tickets are $250. To purchase yours, go to www.prolinksports.net. Morton’s is at 8480 East Belleview Avenue in Greenwood Village.
