Do you have any idea what the street value of this mountain is? Echo Mountain is celebrating its 5th birthday party this year with $5 Friday night lift tickets for the next five weeks, tonight through April 18. And wait, there's more! Echo's annual Liptricks Not Lipstick terrain park contest is on Saturday starting at 9 a.m., and on Sunday "the little ski area that could" is donating $5 from every lift ticket sold to the Chill Foundation, Burton Snowboards' non-profit "Changing Lives Through Snowboarding" adventure program for urban teens.

More Spring stoke after the jump...

99 bottles of beer on the wall! The Colorado Mountain Club is coming up on its 100th birthday next year. Come find out what they're all about (hint: there will be beer) on Saturday at the 9th annual Mountain Fest at the American Mountaineering Center, 710 10th Street in Golden. There's an indoor rock climbing competition, skills and survival clinics for adventure in the great outdoors and an overview of the club's upcoming trips across the state and around the world. Rah rah ree, kick 'em in the other knee! Aspen Mountain's 12th annual KickAspen Big Air Invitational starts kicking... aspen... at 8 p.m. on Saturday under the lights at the base of Aspen Mountain as part of the Bud Light Spring Jam. The future's so bright, I've gotta wear goggles! Winter Park hosts the Oakley Progression Sessions on Saturday and Sunday, a two-day $250 on-snow ski and snowboard progression camp for women, with top pro coaches including Chanelle Sladics, Kristi Leskinen, and Marie-France Roy. It's a busy couple of days at Winter Park: Other events this weekend include the Colorado Junior FIS Ski Championship (Slalom and Giant Slalom), a Mini Rail Jam today at 4 p.m. in the Bouncer terrain park, the Weekend Warrior Freeride Tour, the Mary Jane Bump Jamboree mogul clinic and -- get a job! -- Ski Patrol Tryouts for the 2011/2012 season. Hot Tub Time Machine! The Spring Thing Festival at Sunlight Mountain on Saturday, presented by Crystal River Spas, is the perfect marriage of hot tubs and small, old-school ski area vibe. There's a big air and rail jam contest and demos that will actually send skiers and riders launching over hot tubs full of scantily-clad revelers, a Pink Floyd cover band and... wait for it... a bikini lunch tray race. Afterward, the party -- and the bikini girls -- will move to the nearby Glenwood Springs hot springs. Hot!
