Fiction writers from the highbrow literary world dont always qualify as superstars, but T.C. Boyle would be an exception: His reckless flash, flamboyant persona and elegant turns of phrase demand that kind of attention. So its always news when Boyle comes to town for a book signing, even if the event is all the way up in Boulder: Love him or leave him, Boyle will be signing copies of his last two books the novel The Women, which fictionalizes the life of Frank Lloyd Wright as seen by the women in it, and Wild Child, a new collection of short stories tinged by Boyles adopted milieu of Southern California tonight at 7:30 p.m. in the upstairs ballroom of the Boulder Book Store, 1107 Pearl Street. Admission is free with the purchase of either book; otherwise, there is a charge of $5.
