In an effort to keep you thinking during the long, hot summer, the Denver Public Librarys Fresh City Life program will present Presence of the Camera: Documentaries, a film series dedicated to and sometimes mocking the cutting edge of reality, throughout the month of June. The librarys sixth annual documentary series, curated and hosted by critic Walter Chaw, will take viewers out on a limb of truth at times.
Catch a different flick, with commentary, at 6 p.m. Tuesdays through June 29 at the Denver Central Library, 10 West 14th Avenue Parkway; the fest ends tonight with Stop Making Sense, Jonathan Demmes cinematic paean to the Talking Heads. Series admission is free; visit http://denverlibrary.org/fresh for details.
Tuesdays, 6-9 p.m. Starts: June 1. Continues through June 29, 2010
