Dark Knight Rises is the third film in the gritty reboot of the Batman franchise, which began in 2005, and it could break box-office re-cords for the biggest-grossing opening weekend in movie history. But you can see it a full four and a half hours before almost everyone else at the Premiere to Remember event tonight, which benefits the nonprofit Walk to Remember.

For $55, you can enjoy a fancy red-carpet walk on the way into the private showing at United Artists Colorado Center 9 (the whole theater’s rented out for the event), the sneak-preview screening, and an after-party at Dave & Buster’s with food, drinks, celebrities and a swag bag with take-home prizes. And with $100 VIP admission, you’ll get first choice at movie seating, a bigger swag bag, and a makeover featuring hair, makeup, nails and, for men, a shave.

“Where else can you go on a date, see the movie before anyone else does, go on the red carpet and have an after-party?” asks Tami Forero, publicist for the event.

The party starts at 6 p.m. and the movie begins at 7:30 at the theater, 2000 South Colorado Boulevard; visit www.premieretoremember.com for tickets and information. Walk to Remember helps families who have lost infant children by offering bereavement kits and long-term support to families.
