Nia (formerly known as non-impact aerobics and neuromuscular integrative action) is a form of aerobic exercise incorporating three dance arts (Isadora Duncan, modern and jazz dance), three martial arts (aikido, tae kwon do and tai chi) and three healing arts (Alexander Technique, yoga and Feldenkrais). The women of Little Fish Movement Arts have taken Nia to a new level with their tribute to the summer solstice, the longest day of the year.
