Clarke has been hosting the classes at the Chi Life-Yoga Tai Chi Center, 4071 South Eliot Street in Englewood, since November 12, and he says reaction has been overwhelmingly positive. Its a relief, thats the best word, he says. People said that their problems included a lot of different stuff, and they were just grateful that they had a way to relieve what theyre going through. We are working with kids because were seeing that theres a lot of stress happening.
To that end, Clarke offers a class for kids on Wednesdays from 5 to 6 p.m. Adult classes take place every Monday and Wednesday from 6 to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 to 10 a.m., and admission is free. Call 720-365-4941.
