The Denver Art Museum has made the final Friday of the month just as popular as the first on the local art scene with its ongoing Untitled programming, which kicks off a new season tonight. “It offers a totally different kind of museum experience,” explains Jaime Kopke, DAM’s manager of adult and college programming. “If you just want to wander the galleries and have a glass of wine, you can do that, or you can experience the creativity. We have music and performances ― there’s a little something for everybody, and it’s always a little offbeat.”

Tonight's Untitled #63 (Au Naturel) features a scent tour by local perfumer Dawn Spencer Hurwitz and a basket-weaving workshop from DAM artist-in-residence Linda Aguilar. In addition, Kopke says, there will be life-drawing and sketching activities, samplings and tastings from local distilleries, make-unders hosted by local skin-care companies, and much more.

Untitled goes from 6 to 10 p.m. and is included with museum admission ($10 to $13 for adults, free for DAM members). The museum is at 100 West 14th Avenue Parkway; call 720-865-5000 or visit denverartmuseum.org for more information.
Fri., Jan. 31, 6-10 p.m., 2014
