It’s karaoke. It’s burlesque. It's an insanely tangled celebration of sing-along and striptease, and this year's edition of 3 Kings Tavern's F@#K X-Mas Party will include even more audience participation. "This show is really just a free-for-all, where people can grab a girl, sing a song and perform their own show," says Fanny Fitztightlee, co-proprietor of Ooh La La Burlesque, the bar’s resident dance troupe.

Yes, Mark Star Karaoke and the Ooh La La will be hosting the party, but unlike the group’s more traditional, choreographed presentations, this night is "anything goes." Guys, too, will be part of the seductive impromptu parade, as boylesque members of Ooh La La join in on the fun. There may be some mistletoe, umbrellas and other props on hand to enhance performances, Fitztightlee promises, along with drink specials to ease any residual holiday tensions.
The sixth annual F@#K X-Mas Party at 3 Kings, 60 South Broadway, is 21 and up; doors (there’s no cover) open at 8 p.m., and the shenanigans begin at 9. For more information, visit www.3kingstavern.com or call 303-777-7352.
