Enter a spellbinding world of mystery and suspense tonight at the premiere of Depth of Illusion, a show that combines stories, dynamic music and incredible acts of illusion in a captivating performance that goes well beyond the traditional magic show. Created and performed by Nick Felix, the act includes the usual feats of sleight-of-hand and stage magic including making five beautiful women disappear, causing it to snow inside and executing a death-defying escape from a spiked box but recasts them in a theatrical context that helps bring them to life. The show starts tonight at 7:30 p.m. at the New Denver Civic Theatre, 721 Santa Fe Drive, with performances every Thursday through Sunday through December 9. Tickets are $29.50, or $27.50 for students, seniors and the military. Tickets can be purchased at 303-309-3773, www.ticketswest.com or King Soopers stores.
