Noises Off, a zany comedy about a fun-loving, less-than-perfect theater group in rehearsal, can help you do that. It really is just plain stupid thats the best way to describe it, says the Denver Center Theatre Companys Chris Wiger. Its kind of an old-fashioned comedy with lots of physical comedy. I think there are seven or eight doors on stage that people are constantly going in and out. Its the early 80s, so the costumes are just ridiculous. Youll laugh from the time you enter to the time you leave.
Noises Off starts tonight at 7:30 p.m. at the Stage Theatre in the Denver Performing Arts Complex, and runs through November 1. Ticket prices vary; for more information, call 303-893-4100 or go to www.denvercenter.org.
