Organized this time around by RedLine mentor artist Bryan Leister, the one-night display of visual chaos will roll nonstop from 5 to 9 p.m.; during that stretch, just about anything that’s the slightest bit projectable could happen in the gallery. “Expect a lot of experimental video work, projected work and video installations/performances,” Leister explains. “It can be a little disorienting, but it’s quite a fun event that’s meant to be low-stress for both participants and the gallery. Each artist brings their own projector, sets up and presents for one night only. And these are some of the most innovative artists in the Denver/Boulder area, so I imagine there’ll be some really top-notch work.”
Walk through BYOB tonight at RedLine, 2350 Arapahoe Street; admission is free. Visit redlineart.org/art/events.html for details; for more about the BYOB movement, go to www.byobworldwide.com.
