Kyle Even has parted ways with Breathe Carolina, and co-founder David Schmitt reports that the split is completely amicable. Even, who recently celebrated the birth of his first child, has left the fold to devote more time to his family. Breathe Carolina, whose current lineup features Schmitt, Luis Bonet on keys, drummer Eric Armenta and guitarist Tommy Coops, kicks off its Feel This Tour tonight with Sleeping With Sirens in San Antonio. Savages, the outfit's new album, is set for release next year.

Immortal Dominion is no more -- at least in name. Brian Villers, who co-founded the Fort Collins-based metal band in the early '90s, says after twenty years, a name change just seemed in order. "There are a ton of reasons," he says, "but after having so many bandmember changes, and myself moving to lead vocals, I just really felt we don't fit the name anymore." Villers and company entered the studio as New Creature, and have emerged with three new tracks recorded at the Blasting Room with Jason Livermore and Bill Stevenson.
Brennen Bryarly, known better in these parts as Option4, former Lipgloss resident, founder of TheHundred and house-music maestro, has joined the Windish Agency roster, alongside a slew of high-profile indie and dance acts such as the XX, Twin Shadow, Purity Ring, Cut Copy, Diplo, Dillon Francis and PANTyRAiD, among others.
