Monday, September 8

Slow Food Denver, Chipotle and Grow Local Colorado need your help to pick the best of three great finalists to receive a $3,000 grant -- and after a good meal at the Slow Food Denver C.A.F.E. Dinner, you can vote on your favorite do-good project. The dinner, which will run from 6 to 9:30 p.m. tonight at Harman's Eat and Drink, will include a chance to hear the three sustainable food-project proposals from Sprout City Farms, GreenLeaf and Sunshine Food Project; after dinner, guests will decide who will take home the grant. Tickets, which are $65, include a cocktail reception, three courses with wine pairings, tax, gratuity and a $40 tax-deductible contribution to the C.A.F.E. micro-grant program; get yours here.

Tuesday, September 9

Interstate Kitchen and Bar is turning five today and celebrating with specials and free mini cupcakes. There will also be booze samplings, giveaways, music, dancing and all-around tomfoolery. Special and festivities will run from 11:30 a.m. until close. For more information, call 720-479-8829.

Wednesday, September 10

Yelp! and Denver Urban Gardens (DUG) are partnering tonight on a Farm-to-Fork Dinner at Denver Urban Garden's Historic Horse Barn. Ticket prices have yet to be announced, but the event will benfit DeLaney Community Farm; check back with dug.org for updates.

Frasca Food and Wine is switching from wine to beer for tonight's special beer dinner with Victory Brewing Company, which starts at 6 p.m.. The dinner is $160 and includes six courses with six beer pairings; call Frasca at 303-442-6966 for reservations and more information.

Thursday, September 11

Join Rialto Café and Boulder Beers for an intimate, four-course craft beer dinner with Boulder Beer Brewmaster David Zuckerman. Dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. and tickets are $40; call 303-260-4735 for reservations.

Friday, September 12

Brew at the Zoo will offer guests unlimited beer and food samples from more than forty breweries and twenty restaurants, live entertainment and after-hours access to the Denver Zoo when doors to the even open at 7 p.m. Tickets are $85 and only available through Thursday; get yours now by clicking here. Proceeds from Brew at the Zoo will benefit the Denver Zoo's Scholarship Fund.
