The buttery, Belgian waffle was created by David Mueller, owner of PinkTank. On the truck menu, it comes with three chicken legs tossed in homemade hot sauce -- but there will be no chicken in the DISH version. Instead, the "cake-donut style waffle" will be topped with buttered caramel, crispy bacon bits, "caramel-maple syrup and a spoonful of our hot sauce ice cream."
As Mueller and company note, "PinkTank is all about crazy flavor combinations, specializing in a breakfast-fusion theme. Most of our dinner dishes have hints of breakfast."
With a big side of fun as well as flavor: "PinkTank truly wants our customers to have a fun, memorable experience when they come to the truck. Aside from the delicious food, we want them to have fun talking with our staff, listening to music and watching the flame-throwers erupt."
