Proceeds from those $3 sales will benefit the Chipotle Cultivate Foundation, a non-profit "committed to creating a more sustainable and healthful food supply and to raising awareness of food issues." The goal is to raise a million bucks with this year's BOOrito fundraiser.And that's no trick. Over the past three years, customers of the Denver-grown Chipotle chain have helped raise more than $3 million for the Cultivate Foundation.
