But they're upping the ante starting tonight from 5 to 7 p.m. and continuing every Friday. It's called "On the Patio @ the Peloton," and here's what to expect:
Owner Francine Gindi was inspired to create On the Patio @ the Peloton by her customers. "We have a beautiful patio out here," she notes. "We are on Arapahoe, but we're higher up, not street-level. And there's a beautiful water feature out here, and we have a view of the Flatirons. And as it turns out, it's a beautiful day, too.
"A lot of my customers and people that live here said they'd like to have something like this. Early music, because it is a residential area as well as commercial, so they really wanted to do that. It really is beautiful. How lucky can you get?"
Gindi will be offering two-for-one Pelotinis (the Peloton's signature cocktail, comprising Kurant vodka, raspberry vodka, cran-raspberry juice and a squeeze of lime). There will also be live, acoustic music on the patio, starting with Peter Mitzelfeld tonight; Gindi says they're booked every Friday through April 2 with a different musician, "and many more people have expressed interest," she notes. "There's a lot of talent around here."
Gindi hopes to continue the Friday night happy hour through September. "And there's a very strong possibility that we'll bring it indoors in the winter," she adds. Fingers crossed!
