Also on April 22, chef/farmer Eric Skokan will break ground at his Black Cat Farms at 1 p.m., then serving a special Earth Day dinner starting at 5:30 p.m. at Black Cat, 1964 13th Street in Boulder. In Denver, Lala's Wine Bar + Pizzeria, 410 East Seventh Avenue, is serving its own four-course Earth Day dinner with wine and a "cocktail half-hour prior to the event," which starts at 6:30 p.m. The dinner is $39 and reservations are required; call 303-861-9463.
