After a sneaky and very successful soft-opening yesterday, Deluxe Burger will definitely open its doors at 5325 East Colfax Avenue wide tomorrow at 11 a.m. And if you stop by today, you may get lucky, too.

Deluxe Burger is a joint project between Dylan Moore, chef/owner of Deluxe and Delite on Broadway, and Jill Warner and Erick Roorda, the husband-and-wife-owners of Mod Livin' right next door. (Roorda's been documenting the progress on his Facebook page, which includes the photo above.) And when Deluxe Burger celebrates its grand opening on February 27, it will complete a quartet of burger joints to join the Denver dining scene this month.

First to turn on the grill: H BurgerCo, the stylish eatery on the 16th Street Mall (technically, the address is 1555 Blake Street), which opened on February 13.

Next? Walk-In Burgers, at 2255 Sheridan Boulevard (the former home of Sister's Pizza and Mussels), which Boulder restaurateur Chip Eakins got open on February 18.

And then? On February 20, a Larkburger opened at 8000 East Belleview Avenue, making the third location of a homegrown outfit that got its start in the Vail Valley, then moved into Boulder last spring.

Tomorrow, Deluxe Burger will complete the fourpack of new burger joints. Fry me to the moon.
