Everyone seems to go gaga over desserts this time of year. According to the American Pie Council, 90 percent of Americans agree that a slice of pie represents one of life's simple pleasures. That's not the only fascinating fact coming from this group. For example, one in five Americans have eaten an entire pie by themselves. About six million American men have eaten the last slice of a pie -- and denied it. If you love apple pie, you are likely to be independent, realistic and compassionate; if pumpkin is your thing, you are probably funny and independent. Ten million Americans think pie makes the sweetest possible breakfast.
