"The walls, they swallow you up in their beauty, in their vastness," Shapiro says in the film's voiceover. "There's a comfort in that: It feels like I'm experiencing the universe." The six-minute short had its world premiere last month at the 5Point Film Festival in Carbondale; it's available in full after the jump.
"Working with Melody was really remarkable and this film has become very special for me personally," says Armstrong. "I was able to really focus on the cinematography and profile this super-strong, feminine athlete -- something we don't see nearly enough of in adventure film -- who has a tremendous amount of perspective on the world she inhabits. I really love the way this film came out."
