Update, 1:44 p.m.: The amount of the reward for information leading to the arrest of Lyndsay Pham's killer or killers is now at $20,000, thanks to the offer of an additional $15,000 from Pham's family and friends. The original item is below.

Earlier, we told you about the stabbing murder of a woman at the Descano Plaza Apartments, at 11102 East 16th Avenue.

The Aurora Police Department has now identified the victim as Lyndsay Pham, 45 -- and is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the person or persons who killed her.

The latest details are below, along with the initial APD release.

Police Offer Reward, Seek Information in Fatal Stabbing

Aurora, Colo. -- Police are offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the death of a woman found fatally stabbed in her office on Wednesday morning.

Major Crimes Unit (MCU) detectives have identified the victim as 45-year-old Lyndsay Pham of Centennial, Colorado. Lyndsay Pham was the manager and a co-owner of the Descanso Plaza Apartments located at 11102 E. 16th Avenue.

Shortly before noon today, patrol officers responded to an apartment complex in the 11100 block of E. 16th Avenue on a report of a critically injured woman.

First responders -- to include officers and fire/rescue personnel -- arrived and located the woman inside the office of the apartment complex. The woman was transported to a local hospital and subsequently died from multiple stab wounds. Responding officers secured the scene, conducted a canvass of the area in an effort to locate potential witnesses, and contacted investigators for assistance.

Major Crimes Unit (MCU) detectives and personnel from the Crime Scene Investigations Unit (CSI) responded to the scene to take charge of the investigation.

In the hours that follow the discovery, MCU detectives and CSI personnel will be interviewing witnesses, writing and requesting a search warrant for the area where the victim was found, tracking down leads and collecting evidence.

Detectives believe that the deceased woman was the manager of the apartment complex. The victim is not being identified at this time. Additionally, detectives are not releasing suspect information.
