It appears that the downtown parking lot sign pictured in figure 57 above, has been seized and is being held for worship in this northwest Denver garden. Such a display would suggest that this is the home of an employee of the Denver Public Works' Strategic Parking Planning Department. The sign's metal harness intimates that parking in Denver is under the strictest control. The bronze sculpture next to the imprisoned "P" hints at the parking planners' attitude toward Denver residents, in that the figure is both faceless and begging. Alternately, the bondage homage could just as easily indicate that this is the home of a lawyer married to a graphic artist, and that their last name begins with the letter "P."
