Now, the Aurora Police Department is circulating a computer composite of the man, who's suspected of burglary and attempted sexual assault.
According to the APD, the man slipped into a residence in an area bordered by Yosemite Street, Dayton Street, Montview Boulevard and East Colfax about 4 a.m. His port of entry: a locked sliding glass door that he managed to lift off its track because a safety bar hadn't been in place.
Once inside, cops say the man attacked the woman and tried to sexually assault her. But he didn't count on her martial artistry, and shortly thereafter, he fled. He's described as an African-American male in his thirties, between five-seven and five-nine, with a thing build and one hair braid that stuck out.
