There will be plenty of craft beers consumed at the Great American Beer Festival tonight, but the festivities end at 10 p.m., which means that thousands of buzzed and hungry beer drinkers will spill out onto the streets looking for good eats. Pinche Taqueria has planned ahead: While the the locations in West Highland and on East Colfax Avenue close at 10 p.m., sister eatery Poco Torteria inside Avanti Food & Beverage keeps serving until midnight — and tonight, and tonight only, the crew there will also be dishing up Pinche's carnitas, carne asada and queso a la plancha tacos. Expect a crowd if you go.

Two other Denver restaurants are teaming up to bring a short-term special to the city, but you'll have to wait until Monday. September 28,  to try it. Pizzeria Locale executive chef Jordan Wallace is rolling out a series of monthly collaborations with local chefs and will kick off the first one at the Broadway and West Highland Locales (but not the Boulder original). They're going to feature a Hawaiian special designed by Rosenberg's Bagels founder Joshua Pollack and a mysterious co-conspirator known only as Nicky the Fish. Instead of standard Canadian bacon, Pollack's version features East Coast favorite Taylor Pork Roll along with mozzarella, pineapple and greens. The pie will cost $7.50 and will be available through the end of October.
