Tamales are a traditional treat that's perfect for the holiday season. Today you can learn to make your own wrapped goodness during The Seasoned Chef Cooking School's tamale class, which will teach you how to make pork and red chili tamales; smoked chicken and jalapeno jelly tamales; black bean, pistachio, almond and cojita tamales, and sweet orange honey dessert tamales. The class, which runs from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., is $69 per person. Register for the course and learn more here.
