Colorado celebrated National Ag Day this week, as members of the Colorado Ag Council showed off their skills — and products created in Colorado — during a Colorado Ag Day luncheon at the State Capitol. But is there really such a thing as a free lunch? Says Sandee: 
Would be nice if Colorado truly allowed all small business the opportunity to showcase our skills. I can no longer afford to be a mobile food business due to the high cost of licensing.....let alone the cost of insurance and taxes.
