World Burrito Eating Preliminary Competition 
Illegal Pete's South Broadway

Denver could soon be home to the next World Burrito Eating Champion. Illegal Pete's is looking for a local to fill a spot at the championships at Invesco Field on Saturday, which will feature forty of the world's biggest and best eaters. You can try to sign up for the action here, or just plan to stop by Illegal Pete's to grab a marg and watch the madness go down.

You might want to fast the day of this show, where comedians Adrian Mesa and Eric Henderson will feature smoked meat of all kinds. The two host the night that will also feature Rachel Weeks, Cory Helie and Nathan Lund. Free BBQ and comedy make for a real rib-tickler!
